Please note that there are some orders that we are unable to accept and they will be canceled from our side. We reserve the right, to cancel the order for any reason. Like under any foreseen circumstances that may come in the way of your order that may be limitations on quantity available for purchase, error in product(s) or pricing information, or limitations of our credit department. We may also require information before accepting your order. We will contact you if in any case, your order is canceled or any kind of information that is required to accept your order. If your order is canceled after your credit card has been charged, the amount will be credited to your account within 7-10 working days.

Cancellations by the customer: Before Dispatch

In case we receive a cancellation notice from your side and the order has not been dispatched by us, we will cancel the order and refund the entire amount within 7-10 working days.

Cancellations by the customer: After Dispatch

TOn the other hand, on cancellation of an order, after it has been dispatched from our side, the cancellation charges will become applicable which is 5% of the order value and the shipping charges incurred on that particular order. We expect that no difference of opinion will happen from your side regarding the cancellation. If the Product is once dispatched, it cannot be returned.

How long Atmyhome will take to deliver my order?

Orders to Metro cities in India will get delivered in 3-4 days and to the interiors may take at least 6-7 days (excluding Sundays and other Holidays). All orders are shipped from our Gurgaon head office after your payment is cleared.

Does Atmyhome deliver products in rural interior areas of India?

We provide delivery throughout India for all online products, also in rural interior areas through speed post or registered post. It will take 8-10days to deliver any product in rural interior areas.

Are there any shipping charges on Atmyhome products?

We provide you with standard rates and our shipping charges are based on the volume of the particular product(s) and you can also view the shipping charges on every product(s) in the view details section. Octroi charges if any will be collected from the consignee.

What if my order gets delayed?

Orders can be delayed due to product unavailability for immediate dispatch. Wherein the stocks are still getting ready with packaging and pricing is done on the whole lot or in transit from the Warehouse to the Head office. This could put a delay in the dispatch of the online order. In certain circumstances, we will try to arrange the product from our nearest Store to fulfill your order at the earliest.

What should I do if I have received a different order?

In case you have received a different product, or if the product was damaged in shipment, please contact us within the specific time period through mail or customer care service and we will ensure that it will be replaced as soon as possible.

For Courier Products
  • Orders will be delivered within 3-4 working days.
  • The above products will deliver through Blue Dart or First Flight Courier.
  • The above product will be delivered all over India.
  • No Deliveries on National Holidays and Sundays.
  • We cannot commit the exact date of delivery for courier products. Courier products will reach in advance/late within 3-5 days as per the date of delivery.
Please note:

The Company will not cover delivery delays due to customer unavailability or if the given address is not valid. So to avoid further error or delays in shipment you are requested to submit the correct & complete details of your address followed by pin code & landmark. During festival time Delivery within 3-4 days is not possible, we guarantee to deliver the exact product which you have selected.

Returns Policy:

No returns are allowed. However, in case of a wrong or a defective product that has been sent, do let us know at the earliest. You can write to us at or call us at 8860246010 (10:00 AM-06:30 PM, Monday-Friday).

Exchanges Policy:

It will not be possible for us to accept any request for product exchanges.

Damaged/Defective Products

If any product received by you is damaged/defective, you can let us know the same. You can call us at  8860246010 (10:00 AM-06:30 PM, Monday-Friday) or send us an e-mail with the photographs of the same at, within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will either deliver to you the new product or refund the amount to you. Subject to the Terms and Conditions, once the refund is initiated by Atmyhome, it takes 7-10 business days for the refund amount to reflect in your account.
